Orders and shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from Dubai. In the UAE, standard delivery is AED 25 and same-day delivery in Dubai is AED 35. GCC delivery is AED 60 to AED 100 depending on the country, and international delivery is AED 80 to AED 400 depending on destination. The exact cost for your address is shown at checkout. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. UAE orders over AED 500 ship free, and international orders over AED 2,000 ship free to the GCC, the Middle East, India and South Asia, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.
How long will my order take?
Standard delivery in the UAE takes 1 to 3 business days. GCC and international orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, then take 3 to 7 business days to arrive in the GCC and 7 to 14 internationally. Dubai orders placed before 12 PM UAE time with same-day delivery arrive the same day. After 12 PM, they arrive the next day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
Will I pay import duties?
Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import duties and taxes in your country. These are paid by the customer on delivery and are not included in the shipping fee.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Paddles must be unused and in their original packaging. Orders placed with a discount code can be returned too. Only items marked down on our site as sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email hello@dink.ae with your order number and what you would like to return or exchange, and we will guide you through it.
Sizing and fit
How do your sizes run?
Women's apparel runs XS to XL and men's runs S to XXL, depending on the style. Each product page lists the exact sizes available and fit notes for that piece.

Paddles
Tell me about the Dink Daddy Pro 1.
The Dink Daddy Pro 1 is a Gen 4 thermoformed paddle with a Toray T700 carbon fiber face and a 14mm core. It has an elongated shape, weighs 230g (±5g), and has a 140mm handle with a 110mm grip circumference. Power to finish points, touch to reset them.
What colours does it come in?
The Dink Daddy Pro 1 comes in DINK Green and Pink.
Product care
How should I care for my apparel?
Machine wash cold with like colours and hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and high heat to keep the fit and finish looking their best. Each product page has care notes for that piece.
How should I care for my paddle?
Wipe the face clean with a damp cloth after play and store it away from extreme heat. Never leave it in a parked car.
Made in the UAE
Where are DINK products made?
Our tees, Courtline Shorts, Clubhouse Sweats and tote bags are made in the UAE. Each product page says where it is made, and our goal is to bring more of the range home as we grow.
