Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of dink.ae and any purchase you make from DINK Sports Trading L.L.C, a company registered in Ras Al Khaimah and headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("DINK", "we", "us", "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you shop with us.

2. Products

We make every effort to show our products, colours and sizing accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product images are for illustration. Paddle weights and dimensions are subject to the manufacturing tolerances stated on each product page.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. All orders are charged in AED. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock availability, suspected fraud, or a pricing error. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs, free shipping thresholds and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.

6. Returns, refunds and faulty items

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

7. Discount codes, promotions and loyalty rewards

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and usually cannot be combined unless stated. Loyalty points and rewards have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn under the programme rules. We may cancel orders that misuse promotions.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse our site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The DINK name, logos, designs, product names (including Dink Daddy and Dink Diva), photography, videos and text on this site belong to DINK Sports Trading L.L.C or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

11. Reviews and content you submit

If you post reviews, photos or other content, you confirm it is your own and lawful, and you give DINK a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DINK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

13. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to or use third-party services (for example payment, delivery and social platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
